Cllr Head presents new drawings to T.R.A.C.
Cllr Head came to Cathy Cooper’s house with set of new drawings and discussed the meeting with Mr Bailey. Cllr Head was concerned about the hard paving but she agreed that the development was over scaled and not in keeping with the rest of the area. The root of the wisteria which the developer is keen to retain restricts the position of the narrow entrance to the underground car park. The plans also show balconies directly overhanging the entrance which would not be a pleasant sitting out environment for those residents.
