Demolition trucks appear again. A resident of Hamilton sees a man drilling holes near the foundations of the buildings. After many phones calls and emails, several people turn up on site to question the man. He says he is just taking soil samples.
Bill Bailey responds to emails from the council, stating that his is not going to demolish the buildings and is only carrying out tests. He says he will put a notice on the gates to inform residents.

Demolition trucks appeared on site. A man was questioned by a resident and was told that he was just unloading planks.
Residents meeting at Twickenham Green cricket pavilion
There was a Residents meeting in the Cricket Pavilion on Twickenham Green. Reinhard Weiss was present and gave lots of advice and showed us how buildings could be converted. About twenty people attended.
Conservation Area status granted for HEW
Conservation Area designation approved – No 72. Cllr Orchard spoke to Mr Banks and is told that he is not fazed by CA status and will still demolish the buildings.
