Biofuel company applies for permission to use HEW for production of biodiesel

Planning Application 08/3871/COU (Change of Use) submitted by Mr Stephen Hurton of Proper Oils for temporary retention of a trailer in the rear yard to demonstrate the production of Biodiesel for a period of two years.
